You can remove the red eye effect from all photographs whether they are scanned from film or prints or start out as digital files. Photoshop CS2 Red eye tool makes the process very easy.

Please follow the instruction step-by-step:
- Download the following image & open it in Photoshop.
2. Click the Zoom tool and zoom in to enlarge the red eyes on photo.
3. Click the Spot Healing Brush tool and hold the mouse button to reveal the pull-down menu.
4. Click the Red Eye Tool.
5. Double-click in the Pupil Size data field in the Options bar and type the number 15.
6. Double-click in the Darken Amount data field in the Options bar and type the number 15.
7. Click in the red area of one eye.
8. Click in the red area of the other eye.
9. Click the Zoom tool and see the entire image.
